    Even if the location is not centric, a metro stop is available quite near to the hotel, connecting it with the city center. The hotel is modern, the room is confortable and the bathroom is quite big.

    The room was very good, the staff was very helpful.
    During operation hours of the Metro it's very easy to reach with public transports, other than that only taxi is available. Not a huge cost just an inconvenience.

    close to the city center, 5 minutes to the metro stop, nearby cafes, bars and shops. Nice rooms, a comfortable and large bed, a coffee maker in the room and a steam iron, a large bathroom, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast - hot and cold buffet, a large number of armchairs and sofas at the reception, including a fireplace.
    one side of the hotel to a busy street, more movement of people in the hotel, because there is a gym open to the public. Otherwise everything is great!

    Quite rooms and nice staff, good hotel in every aspect
    Nice and clean hotel with very helpfull staff. Good breakfast Parking for 20 EUR by the hotel is for the localicy acceptable (otherwise 16 EUR on the street for 8 hours, and you have to look for parking spot) Hotel is very close to metro station, good access to city without car
    probably nothing, maybe a bit more "hard" matraces on the beds. For me were too soft, but others might be fine with them

    my previous recommendation for Bilbao.
    Connection fitness club hotel; pretty bad in communication during booking process. No answer to mail, call and messages. INot sure, why they did not answer the phone calls.
    The point for the fitness club connected to the hotel was nice, but not really highlighted and there was no discount for hotel memebers. Breakfast was good expect the standard soft bread.

    The staff were great.
    Guests are charged eur 20 every time they want to use the indoor pool, which I thought was a bit much. It should be free for guests, or a one off charge (of no more than eur 20) for unlimited uses during the duration of your stay.
