It was a good stay

Staff, room in general.

Food options. Just pizza? That washroom has absolutely no privacy! What is that? A washroom needs a door, and it needs to be closed from the ceiling to the floor, and no transparency such as in clear glass.

Wonderful stay @ Fenix

The sunset view of the ocean at the 8th floor was spectacular! The hotel was conveniently located near 2 shopping malls which has got anything you need.

Pleasant!

Room itself was quite nice, and well equipped. The parking was super easy and the hotel was well situated within Porto. About a 20 minute walk for the main centre but the walk was easy!

Everything was fine- did not try the bar or restaurant so cant say anything about it.

Hotel itself and the staff were nice. Friendly and helpful and hotel was a clean standard.

The location of the hotel was not great. We booked this hotel following reviews saying the location was great, but it was actually quite a walk (35 mins) to get to the main attractions of porto.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in this place.

Its a nice clean hotel with a good buffet breakfast. The situation is excellent and the staff very helpful.

I wish they change the freshener in the lobby for something more pleasant.

Good location easy for the old city taxi only 6 euro. Helpful staff could not fault the place and would definitely stay again if visiting Porto again.
