    The staff is very nice. Had a shower not draining properly. Attended to it immediately.
    Nothing to do with the property. Ella over all has become overly busy and touristy.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ella Hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Tucked away in the serene hills of Ella, this hotel is a true hidden gem. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and cozy retreat after a day of exploring. I can't wait to return and experience the charm of this hidden gem once again.

    Well.... how do I start... It was one of the best hotels I certainly have ever been to. Starting with the breathtaking view from the rooms to stunning rooms. The rooms were beautifully set up, clean , spacious and of course very comfy. Your privacy is a guarantee yet the staff will be at your service with a touch of a button which I thought was impressive being a place where the rooms and the restaurant and bar etc are scattered around the property The food was very delicious.

The staff at Hide Ella truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service were evident in every interaction. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff were both friendly and informative, providing me with all the necessary details about the hotel amenities and local attractions. The room I stayed in was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and of high quality. I particularly appreciated the attention to eco-friendly practices, such as the option to reuse towels to reduce environmental impact. One highlight of my stay was the exquisite dining experience at Sky Bar's restaurant.     Just WOW !!! This was by far one of the best locations that I have stayed at in terms of the view. The view was mesmerizing overlooking the beautiful green mountains. The experience at the hotels was great as well. The staff was courteous and helpful. Special credit should be goes to Front Office Staff

    The view of the rooms. Nothing else.
    Reception staff extremely rude. No welcoming, just interested in getting your card for charging you. When our nice driver told them to be nicer, they asked him to leave the premises. The same attitude at check out. No thank you or how was your night. It is the first time I have been to a hotel that staff had this attitude. The hotel has the option of choosing dinner together with your room. The food was terrible. We had better food at a camping site. They pretend to be 4 stars but they are not.

    Scenic and natural beauty - Unique hotel structure
    The location and fantastic views and scenery. Surrounded by by the sights and sounds of nature.
    The lack of facilities within the hotel. However as it was built on a unique concept it was very compact and lacked the necessary spaciousness in regular hotels. Food (breakfast) choices could have been better. Staff (front desk) could have been more friendly and attentive however all other service staff were great(warm and welcoming).
