The hotel was clean and conveniently located.

It was very cold in the room and thermostat had no use at all. Turned it all the way to Heat but the cold air was coming in. The Pet fee turned out to be $75 + taxes = $85. Absolutely unfair, in my opinion. Similar hotels charge $40-$50.

Near the airport. Clean and well maintained.

Wasnt able to check in at least 30 minutes before 4:00 pm. We were tired after a long trip and would had appreciated to come in at least 30 minutes before the check-in time (4:00pm).

Many of the lobby staff members were vaping in common areas. Not a nice touch and shouldnt be allowed around guest or inside.
