One of the best hotels that is family/pet oriented Ive ever stayed!!!!

The modern/contemporary look besides the main lobby which is equipped with lots of entertainment for my family Christmas celebration from the little ones to the adults and my schnauzer son!!

UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Location

Everything- staff was EXTREMELY RUDE- (Tim) - passive aggressive and receptionist was on the phone w personal call talking about diapers and her babys daddy- never hung up the entire time - playing with her nose ring and then touching everything - unacceptable- The room was dirty- only 2 channels on tv worked- smoking in the rooms either side of me when I asked for non smoking rooms- and charged a random $50 fee now five days later w NO EXPLANATION was given a receipt with final amount when I left. Then the extra charge! This is unacceptable- I was there for work and my company wanted to use in the future to block several rooms for business and now they refuse based on how I was treated and the random $50 charge - Ive called SEVERAL TIMES and the hotel REFUSES to return my calls. I will be disputing the charge and also reviewing on Google about my experience.
