Lovely comfy room, amazing bathroom.
Reception staff unattentive, one man playing videos on his phone (on loudspeaker) behind reception for example.
Bar rarely open, could not even get a cup of coffee in the evening.

Our stay was amazing and we encourage travelers to go stay there and see for themselves.
We ALWAYS stay at the Indigo when traveling to Jacksonville. It is beautifully decorated and looks exceptional every time we go. The breakfast is delicious and we enjoy the view out the back when dining. It's in a beautiful location and safe for walking and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are gorgeous and it is so quiet. The staff are patient and helpful. We appreciate everyone we met and will (of course) stay there again. We love it!!
