The overall experience was fantastic and the hotel would definitely be chosen again. Review 4: Despite the presence of numerous soccer teams, the hotel remained quiet. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Review 5: The hotel was perfect for a birthday getaway, with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast. The location was convenient and the experience was deserving of a good review.     The location of the hotel is great. There are alot of restaurants, a movie theater and a lot convenient stores in walking distance. The breakfast was good. The staff was ok.
    The bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The room was not worth the money I paid. The drawer and shower door didn't close. The whirlpool took 20 to 25 minutes just to fill up and the water never got hot. The was bed squeaky and a little unstable.

    The hotel is very well appointed. The room was fresh and clean. The contactless check in was perfect. It was close to good restaurants.

    The evening staff was very pleasant and helpful.
    Unfortunately, we had an issue with the heater making noise every time it came on. They tried to fix it but then remained intermittent. They did not offer to move us.

    Location is good, lots of different restaurants to choose from. Beautiful fire place and good breakfast. The room was clean and I had a great nights sleep
