The hotel is security conscious, keeping the outside doors locked at night. The only minor issues mentioned include a slightly snippy staff member and the spa being closed. Overall, it is a great place to stay with excellent service, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast.

    have stayed at this property 4 times and will certainly stay here on my next jax visit
    room quiet and comfortable. great heat, little cold outside. breakfast was tasty and warm with good selections. coffee pretty darn good too.
    parking lot was kinda full but guess that just means its a popular Hotel.

    I know where I'll book next time in Jacksonville.
    Almera at the evening desk is hands-down the finest representative of Hilton Hotels. I've seldom ever come across anyone so focused on customer satisfaction, and so happy to be there. She made my travel better. 5 stars.

    First Choice Decision
    The location. We were close to everything possible. Every trip to Jacksonville Hampton Inn & Suites is always always my first choice.
    Wifi didn't work even when I entered my name and room number.

    The daytime manager, Tammy went above and beyond expectations to accommodate my special requests for my daughters 21st birthday cake to be safe. Give that girl a raise! The rooms were extra clean and the staff was superb! We will definitely be back!
