Great place. Thanks for a restful, pleasant place to stay

Liked the wall-dispensed soap and hair products. Staff was pleasant, room was nice and comfortable.

A bit ridiculous to charge $2 for a water bottle in the room. No thanks, I can buy a whole case for less than $5. Breakfast not included in the price unless you select as an option.

All was great but the noise small children in hallway and next door room..could hear everything going on..adults in hall on phonewas noisy day and night..my only complaint.

Location to where I needed to be

Housekeeping was never done in my 4 day stay. I questioned the shift supervisor why my room was never cleaned during my stay when I was checking out, she told me that since Covid, they dont clean daily for safety reasons!!! Really!!! When I checked in I asked to at least to have my room cleaned every other day! And the clerk said no problem, but when I told the shift supervisor this, she said that he shouldnt have said that! And she would have a talk with him! If Covid was the excuse, she should have had a mask on, which I questioned!! She said it wasnt required, but cleaning my room on a daily basis wasnt required per her!!! She shouldnt be in a position of responsibility to such a popular hotel chain!!! Im actually staying at another Hilton hotel right next to the Hilton garden inn, and I inquired about the housekeeping and if it was done everyday, she looked at me and said of course it is. I asked about the Covid rules that was in place at the other hotel, she said there was no such thing, they were probably short staffed!!! Which I would have accepted, but Covid!!!! Ill never stay at the garden inn again. I like a clean room everyday when I stay away from home. Im paying for it!!! No discount for no housekeeping not being done!

When I arrived at the hotel, I requested that my room be made up and cleaned everyday, Im paying for a cleaned room everyday. I was informed that the service wasnt available everyday, but every other day was!!!,?? So I agreed to that. I originally booked for 3 nights which would mean on my second night my room would have been addressed, clean sheets, new towels, etc. I extended my stay for an additional night because of work. So I would have been there 4 nights. Mind you, my room was never cleaned or visited by housekeeping. I didnt need the additional night so I checked our about 2 pm on my 3rd day and still charged for the 4th night. I asked if I could be granted a stay of execution for the 4th not without being charged and was told absolutely not. It was too late. I then proceeded to ask about the cleaning policy as my room had not been cleaned in 3 days and if I were staying a 4th night it would be 4 days my room would not have been cleaned. I was told by the SHIFT SUPERVISOR that they were still in COVID PROTOCOL!!!! I asked if they were still in covid protocols where was her mask!!!! She then told me that mask werent required!!! WTH, and Im told that my room cant be cleaned because of Covid!!!! Never again!!! I just checked into a hotel and they told me there was no such protocol for Hilton hotels!!! Figure this out, youre going to lose loyal customer if this is your stand!!
