Glad it was only 1 night

Lobby was closed for remodel; construction crew was staying at the hotel; mold around tub tiles and caulking, loose tub faucet; stained curtains, only decaf coffee available in room, had to go outside and around to get to breakfast which to our surprise was not included. The site should have noted the hotel was under major renovation so the guest could make an informed decision. I feel like we were duped.

Location, check in staff, and bar tender

No one mentioned the hotel was undergoing renovations. My room was NOT really ADA compliant. Just because one could access it with a wheelchair doesn't mean it was set up for a disabled person. The toilet was too low, and there were no grab bars even close to it. The tub was too high for someone with mobility issues to safely step over, and the only grab bar was at the front of the shower. The shower head was too tall, and the water pressure was weak. The towels were inside the shower on a rack at the back of the tub, so you had to get them out first so they wouldn't get wet. There was nothing to hold on to inside the tub. And the sheer curtains above the a/c were in shreds like.someone had ripped them. There were no USB ports in the room. I called the front desk and asked if there were any that I was just overlooking and was told, no, we don't have any. When I asked her how I was supposed to charge my phone, she told me to do it the "old school" way with a charger that plugged into the wall. I said I didn't carry one of those because I never had to use one in any of the hotels where I'd been staying, and I asked if they sold them, and she said no. Now I am asking each hotel on my itinerary if there are USB ports in my room in case I need to go buy one. So far, everyone has laughed about it.

I didnt! Everything was run down and dirty! Definitely was not near what a Hilton should be

Horrible outdated and filthy. Air didnt work in the first room I got and next one wasnt much better.
