Luxurious and comfortable hotel with good facilities

Perfect breakfast, comfortable room, luxurious indoor pool, nice hot sauna, a bottle of prosecco as a welcome gift

Hamam was either not working or freezing. We saw a cockroach in the corridor that was promptly removed by staff.

Excellent value for money

The location is excellent. It is a big structure very well kept. Food is very decent as well considering the size of the hotel

I did not like the fact that the pool sauna and steam room were open to the public. As a result all the facilities were overcrowded. It was quite unpleasant. I think during peak times facilities should be accessibile only by hotel guests

Executive stay at the Hilton

The ambience of the executive lounge was relaxing and the room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the sea. Afternoon tea in the lounge was delicious and we also enjoyed the canapes and pre dinner drinks. We took our breakfast in the lounge too and it was peaceful and relaxing to do so. The lounge team was very attentive, polite and friendly.

On check in the receptionist wasn't too familiar with the executive lounge use, so we were left unsure as to what access we had, time of afternoon tea and evening drinks, etc. She also said she would inform housekeeping regarding my partner's birthday but she may have forgotten to do so.

We shouldhave stayed at a diffrent location and would have if i could have cancled

Would not allow hilton honors. The door had a leak when the wind was blowing it sounded like a train,could not sleep. They would not give me, the free breakfest i get with my honors points and told me after paying for the room so i could not switch.

Way to hot in the rooms

The location of the hotel

It was way to hot in the rooms. We had no control of the thermostat,we had it to the lowest temperature it can go with it being on cool,but it still was blowing hot air In too Which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. We had to open the sliding door to cool of the room in which the AC unit would kick off. When having the sliding door open to cool off the room mosquitoes came were able to come not many,but enough to get bit by them. Thats my main complaint about the Hilton costumers need to have control of the thermostat in their rooms to be able to control the temperature in the room.
