Exceptional

Great get away for families.

The resort is exceptionally well located, right on the beach. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, which is great when traveling with small children. The room was quite ample and even a partial view of the ocean was a nice way to start the day.

Very good

Excellent location within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

When hotel reached capacity, occupants displayed ignorance by slamming doors and talking in hallway after 11pm.

Stunning location

Location was amazing. Clean beach, Lovely pool. Great view of the ocean/sunset from my room. Quiet...couldn't hear people in other rooms. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly.

No bathrobes in room...for the price I would have expected to have them to go to and from the pool. Food and drink prices were very high and not a great choice. Not good value for money overall. We got in late after a very long journey and there was no room service.

Restaurant is a bit loud especially when doors are closed. Staff was a bit too preoccupied with people taking too much from the buffet. I ate a bit of the a la carte egg from my sister and they were rude to me

The server who took care of us during the dinner was excellent. Again, the restaurant was a bit loud- especially with the live music - which was nice for kids, but not for older people.
