High end property with a few glitches.
Conscientious staff. Wrist bands in place of room keys. Multiple restaurants. Very clean beach.
Worlds worst pillows and I even asked for replacements that were on same level of your pillow just before you throw it away. Be prepared to walk as property has multiple towers. Outdoor music is annoying- where do they get that music. The baseboards in room could use a dusting. The beach chair set up is militant - you dont get to pick your spot.

Food and drinks horrible, the staff very unprofessional and rude. Super expensive the hotel and service dont worth the price.

Location was great
0ne of the Front desk staff was rude when I pointed out a mistake on my bill they tried double charging me for self parking. and then I politely asked for a check out of noon instead of 11 and she said NO .thats the first time Ive never gotten a late check out request denied. Was Not happy with that also another car damage to my vehicle in the south parking lot.

Food in all restaurants is too pricey
Staff is not as professional (not to say rude) and respectful as they used to be.
Hotel was too crowded, to get chairs in pool/beach you have to go down by 8am on weekends
We lost 3 personal items and they were not able to place them in lost/found, did not even care about it
Good and beautiful hotel but $45 for resort fee+$35 for parking daily was not worth it.
