The entire hotel was spotless and the staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Not to forget, the breakfast was amazing.... with so much options available.

The restaurant's dinner menu for those staying half-board had very limited choices to choose from.

Exceptional service

The staff on reception and restaurant offered exceptional service. It was a return visit for us and the service met our expectations. The beds were super comfortable and wide range at breakfast was great. Bruno on front desk was amazing

Most of the hotel was closed, unfriendly staff. Spa was charged extra, unbelievable

Massive building, almost everything in the hotel was closed, low season

Pleasant

The music at the bar in the evening was lovely. Room was nice, and appreciated the nice welcome in our room. Lovely touch.

Overall a good hotel - I wouldnt say its a five star and they do not provide a five star offering. Much much closer to a four star hotel. The Vegetarian options very much below basic and not the nicest. Overall nice place but missing that top class offering.

Great hotel for family break especially if you're playing golf.

Great hotel location for playing golf and only a 20 min walk into Villamoura. Free shuttle to the marina which we also used some days. Excellent breakfast in the mornings (we were on a b&B basis) and staff friendly, helpful and professional. Tried the spa once for the relaxation circuit (15 euro) but it was disappointing as the relaxation pools and large whirl pool with therapeutic water jets etc was luke warm and certainly not warm/hot enough to relax in. Only stayed for 30 mins so not worth it.

Wouldnt stay here again ever

Indoor swimming pool was good

Breakfast for veggies was limited on hot food Room was a shambles Door to one of the rooms wouldnt close properly The noise from the room above would wake me at 5am every morning! You could hear them walking and running above. Told the staff and they did nothing!
