Lovely resort. The apartment was well furnished and spacious too. The staff at checkin were lovely too. I also loved the fact that uber works too and it was very cheap. My partner and I went in December so it was quiet but I can only imagine how busy it would be during the summer. The resort shares facilities with the Hilton Hotel. Yuri who works at the spa was very friendly too.

Facilities

Some desk staff showed no interest in helping. We arrived late and asked where we could get food. Desk staff waved us in a general direction and only when we started walking down poorly lit paths did we realise we needed more detailed directions. After 10 mins getting lost in the dark we went back to the desk. When we finally arrived at the bar they told us we had been misinformed and there was no food being served. The barman was then helpful on where we could go but by then the kids were very hangry.

Lovely final destination for my trip to portugal

Apartment was fab!

Receptions were confusing on arrival (different one for different accommodation types) and far away from each other, but staff great and sorted shuttle bus for me to correct one with my heavy bags!! Thank you!

Lovely suites in a great location with great facilities

its location was perfect and its collaboration with the Hilton meant you had use of their restaurants and facilities

The bed in our master bedroom was not comfortable and we had lots of noise from the air conditioning/towel rail. we also had a dog barking lots in a house outside of the resort
