Bad reception, not good for all inclusive either

Good location, nice food

The staff were quite rude about the price of the hotel that Booking.com had given me as a final price and it turned out their government tax was different (more than what booking had given) and they charged me extra 26 and blamed it on Booking.com who never got back to me either even though I messaged them on the same day. We had to pay a different amount, and the ladies at the reception said that they would talk to the manager the next day which it never happened, they just pretended everything was okay! They charged for extra activities as well, the hot water pool wasnt hot, we paid for all inclusive but they were very reluctant about the alcoholic drinks and you would have to drink at lunch and dinner time only inside the food area or at the bar, you couldnt bring your drink around the pool, but people paying for their drinks at the bar could we paid for this all inclusive but they seemed to have forgotten that! Not a good experience at all, wouldnt recommend it to anyone!

Close to the beach, local shops and restaurants.

I was in this hotel before in 2019 and the experience was completely different to now. It is sad to see how dirty the hotel has become. Starting from the restaurant, some of the "clean" plates to put your food on, were dirty, when I said it to the staff they just nodded and said sorry, but nothing was done about it. It happened a few times over my stay there. Rooms need good refurbishment, scrubbing and cleaning, especially bathrooms. It's a 4 star hotel but it doesn't look like it. The indoor pool area and the two saunas were also very dirty.

Worst hotel stay ever and don't recommend this place

There is a kitchen possibility in the apartments with the most essential things that you need in a kitchen and there is a fridge.

The worst hotel we have ever stay in and will differently not be coming back here. The staff is very unprofessional and are not service minded at all and the beds are rock hard. We had to buy a topper to sleep in them.

Swimming pools are great Everyone is great in the hotel.

Very bad room cleaning, really bad... Lots of people complaining about bad rooms cleaning. They cleaning your room for few minutes, what you can expect... Very very dirty towels !!! They change towels every day, but new towels are dirty also. All inclusive means - no limit on alcohol drink ? In this hotel you can take 9 alcoholic drinks (only beer, wine, and sangria. per day.) You can take only 3 free drinks for breakfast, for lunch, and 3 for dinner. Beer in a very small glass.
