GOOD

ROOM AND LOCATION

BREAKFAST SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE RATE. THE MALL IS STILL CLOSED AND WE HAVE TO PAY A VERY HIGH PRICE FOR THE HOTEL BREAKFAST.

Good value with nice location, professional service and management.

I stayed at 6 stars hotels. I was able to criticise these hotels. But Holiday Inn Makati serves clients nicely, when clients prefer to save money. Clients should look for quality and match value. Good job Holiday Inn Makati.

It was a pleasure to stay at Holiday Inn, Makati during the Christmas holiday. As usual the staff was very accommodating

Close to everything needed.

1. Loved everything in the room except the nightstand drawer had a very strong insect odor. I left it open to air out whenever wed leave the room, but definitely closed when I went to bed. 2. Misunderstanding with the front desk when I ordered for our breakfast sandwiches to go two days prior as we were headed into the province at 6am for my birthday on 27 December. Unfortunately it wasnt ready as the front desk clerk had noted down 28 December instead.
