My stay was great except for night desk person

I liked the cleanliness and beauty.

The night shift person at check in was very rude and unprofessional. He never ever said hello welcome can I help you etc. Never smiled. Just gave orders

Alarm clock went off at 3am and no hot tub kind of ruined our stay.

Staff helpful

I booked the hotel for the indoor hot tub and there was no hot tub. It was shown on the website with a hot tub. Very disappointed! Had plans to get in the hot tub after our long drive!

Only if there is nothing left or its free next time:

Location is good with a large open area.

Smell, restaurant staff was crabby, toilet didnt work, a/c unit is like a diesel truck, not the cleanest rooms and hallways, didnt sleep well, business computer broken. Stuck in the 90s

Very nice stay overall - staff is very pleasant, room is nice and spicy and food is delicious.

Breakfast was very good. Room was very nice and modern. And bed very comfortable. All was very clean.

Wonderful hotel. A few tweaks and it would be fabulous for disabled people.

Spaciousness of room, walk-in shower (Im handicapped). Grab bars in shower and next to toilet. The floor of shower was not slick.

Was taken back by no free breakfast. Breakfast buffet was set up like every other motel/hotels free breakfast but this hotel charged for it. Did not eat there. Would prefer two beds. Dont like sharing bed with friend. Most handicap rooms are one bed which can be awkward. The closet hanging space was very small in rm 211. Didnt like being on 2nd floor. What if there was fire. How could handicap get out of building?
