This was not a great experience!

Good location and we liked the pool area

It was not clean! The beds had hair all over on the sheets like they werent even changed along with a piece of what look like toilet paper. Behind the bed there was so much dust and dirt like they never clean behind it. The carpet was dirty looking the chair was all stained up. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and put us in a new room but it was a corner room and something was blowing all night in the wind and made so much noise that nobody could sleep.

The breakfast was good and the area for it was quite nice.

The stopper in our bathroom sink didnt work. The light beside the bed had a short and didnt work, but then came on in the middle of the night waking us. There was an ugly tear in the carpet near the bed.

Breakfast was great. Lots of options for a hot breakfast

Staff was rude. We werent allowed our drinks in the pool. We had water. Staff said we have no idea whats in your cup. Considering its a childrens party Im not sure what she assumed we were drinking. I dont drink alcohol if thats what she assumed. Especially while watching multiple little kids for a birthday party. We go inside the pool area and everyone else had water. She didnt address any of them. Only us. You could watch tapes and see me put water into our cups from the workout area. Not sure why she thought that was okay. We paid a lot of money for our stay.
