It is a beautiful, very clean motel. The staff is accommodating. The location was very easy to find with a lot of shopping, restaurants near by.

Icy in the morning and they hadn't put salt out in front. Extremely slippery and someone fell. Recommend being prepared for winter conditions.

My stay was excellent. If I ever return to Sioux Falls I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was really good. Every morning it was something different, the food was hot and very delicious. Nothing was ever empty, the staff was right on top of everything. The coffee was very good also. The hotel was very clean and I felt safe staying in my room. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, informative and very pleasant.

There wasn't anything that I disliked about staying here. The beds were the best they were the most comfortable beds I've slept in. I will definitely stay here again.

Liked room a lot and location

Had recent water damage and there were fans everywhere in the halls. No apology for inconvenience or explanation to avoid wondering if leak had been going on awhile and if could cause health issues. Finally told cause when leaving by maintenance which made us feel better.
