Very helpful desk staff put us in perfect room for my disabled 83 year old husband. Wonderful stay! Highly recommended.

I would not stay again unless it was updated.

I like the spacious suites and it is a nice location.

It was old, outdated, stained linens. The blanket had holes and cuts in it. My whole family woke up with coughs the second morning, thinking it was from the old, dirty smell and the black mold that was found in our friends hotel room right below us.

Suite with refrigerator met our needs but not a good value for the cost.

Location, had kitchenette which included full size refrigerator. Included hot breakfast.

Very expensive so not a value. Needs some updating and fixing. View was roof with air conditioners so loud at night. Son slept on pull out bed and said uncomfortable. We washed dishes and knives before using.

The hotel served our purpose for one night.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. It was not a far drive from Historic Downtown and Falls Park.

The staff was not very friendly except the young lady at the front desk on checkout. They also were not knowledgeable of the area including where the falls were located. We were provided a map and figured it out. The staff was sometimes not at the front desk but rather in an area behind that. We were told the hours of the hot tub on check in but were only told it wasnt working after we suited up and couldnt get it to start.

Staff were amazing. Very friendly and professional. Comfy beds.

They were in the middle of a renovation. Bathroom sink was cracked, looked to have been a leak in the ceiling of the main room that wasnt currently dripping but had a bubble. Curtains in the bedroom were missing some of the veiled curtains. Bedding needed to be changed as it was dirty prior to our use.

The room was large and accommodating

Hard to navigate with construction, but thats to be expected. Silverware was missing from kitchen. Sofa bed made loud cracking noises every time someone rolled over and was very uncomfortable
