I liked being near the mall and the shopping.

Near all the shopping

The lady checking me in tried to say at first my room was canceled Wednesday. I told her I had just reserved it Friday. Then she tried to say the payment wasnt going through. I told her I paid through booking .com. She finally got me in a room. It was a handicap room with a big bench in the tub. The guy when checking out was much nicer.

Never staying there again.

Breakfast was supposed to be included in my room cost and it was not. The only had a pay barista and there was nothing I could eat.

I mentioned in my reservation that I needed shuttle to airport. I told them the day I arrived and they set up the driver. I told the front desk and driver that I needed a ride back on the following Friday. No asked what time. I got back and there was no shuttle driver available until an hour later, so I was forced to take a taxi. I have sent 2 emails to Randy Carlson to try and get reimbursed for taxi at the very least. I didn't keep my breakfast receipt, so I didn't ask for reimbursement. I have not gotten any response at all!
