Review 1: The overall experience at Sheraton Sioux Falls & Convention Center was great. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel h (Read More)ad a restaurant with good food and beautiful views. There was a pool and fitness room with plenty of equipment. There were drink and snack machines throughout the hotel. The shuttle service was out of service, but the staff helped find an alternative and reimbursed for it. Review 2: The hotel had spacious rooms with good furniture and a clean bathroom. The hotel had safety measures in place with latchlocks and deadbolts on the doors. The hotel was easily walkable with enough space. The restaurant offered quality meals and there were vending machines with a great variety of snacks and drinks. The location was convenient with easy access to the airport through the shuttle service. Review 3: The staff at Sheraton Sioux Falls & Convention Center were courteous and helpful. The hotel had a nice lounge and a clean gym. There was ample parking and the shuttle service from the airport was a great benefit. Overall, it was a great experience and the hotel was recommended. Review 4: The hotel had friendly and caring staff. The security guard went above and beyond to help a guest with their purchase when their card was declined. The rooms were very clean. The hotel was attached to an event center and there was security on site. It was also close to a park. Review 5: Jason at the front desk was amazing and provided outstanding customer service. Despite a room delay, he resolved the issue and even offered free tickets to a nearby game. The staff, including Robin, at the Sheraton were exceptional and made guests feel at home. Overall, the reviews for Sheraton Sioux Falls & Convention Center praised the friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, convenient location, good food and drink options, and excellent customer service. The only downside was the temporary unavailability of the shuttle service.

Very good

I attended a concert at the convention center, which was connected to the hotel. This was super convenient and an easy walk indoors to the concert.

Disappointing

Sheets were dirty. Shower curtain had lipstick and stains. Bathtub grout had black mold and rust. Had to switched rooms 3 times and all rooms had dirty sheets. Settled with the 3rd room with a change of sheets.

My sister in law and myself ordered off the menu for breakfast 10/14/23. Our waitress was one of worst ever. We each ordered an English muffin and ordered one side of bacon to share. I asked for my muffin to be toasted dark. She brought a side of bacon and one English muffin barely toasted. She didnt even bring butter which wouldnt have melted anyway because the bread was barely toasted. By the time we could get her attention the bacon was cold. She took the bacon and brought it back the same why she took it back, cold. She brought the second English muffin we originally ordered and it was barely toasted just like the other one and again no butter. We got our own peanut butter and jelly from buffet bar and refilled our coffee from the complimentary coffee in the hall. Another waitress saw us sitting there not eating and waiting for our order. We explained the situation and the original waitress came back, apologized and didnt charge us for our meal. We werent going to leave her a tip but left $5.00 tip which in hindsight was more than she deserved. We both agreed she was the worst waitress we have encountered in recent memory. It didnt leave a good impression!!!!

One of the three pictures in our room had some really nasty smeared on the glass. Since it was by my bed it took it down, Sat it on the floor by a garbage can and write a note why it was off the wall.

Very good

The bed (king) was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. It was a good night sleep. Room was very quiet. The bathroom amenities were nice.

The room smelled like food (ketchup and onion). Unable to open the window to air out the room. The room was twice as expensive as I am use to paying for a typical hotel room.

STEAR CLEAR!!! STAY AWAY! I had a room paid for through booking.com. I came down with the stomach flu, and couldnt go. I tried to get a refund, but I was passed the window. I called Sheraton directly to see if I could still cancel and get a refund, or to see what my options were. I was told that I could have someone else stay in the room, and I needed to just share my confirmation code with my friends. fast forward a few short hours later, my friends who were going to stay at the hotel called to say that I needed to speak to the front desk. I was asked to provide the confirmation code I received in my email. I provided the booking.com number, and was BERATED by the front desk. After giving them my credit card number, name, and email, they still told me I was not giving them their own confirmation number. I was told this was my fault, and I shouldve asked for the booking number provided by Sheraton when I called previously. I have never ever been treated with such disrespect and belligerent attitude by a hotel. especially one I spent $340 for! I will tell anyone and everyone to steer clear of this place, and never reserve here. eventually through a 8 minute tongue lashing from the front desk, I was able to get my friends into the hotel I PAID for. STEER CLEAR!

3-day stay for Classic Auto Auction

My wife had an allergic reaction in the first room but staff relocated us right away. Very accommodating staff.

We purchased our 3-day stay with breakfast through Booking.com but apparently what your company did not allow enough to fully pay for it. Hotel staff arranged to have breakfast covered and speak with you about the change in your fees.
