It had an advertisement of having a pool. It did not. It must have been an old ad. It was disappointing and a bit of false advertising.

I am currently not a fan of Hilton at this time.

Never got there - there was a severe winter storm, roads were closed, plus we were in a car accident.

There was absolutely NO RESPONSE from the Hilton GM, after I notified them with a few phone messages (there was not an option to message them directly through the Booking.com app for some unknown reason) to the Hilton Sioux Falls GM - who never got back to me regarding our unplanned situation and inability to get there. We had no choice to abruptly change our plans (and reservations). I am in the process of contacting the Hilton corporate offices.

We did not stay

The hotel was over booked so the man wanted to send us several miles away. I ask if the holiday Inn across the street has rooms he said no. We went to the holiday inn and they did have rooms and said they normally call to check.

I went back to cancel the reservation and I am not sure if he did. He never went to his computer and yet said it was done. I had an uneasy feeling when I left there. I told him we booked a room across the street and he said he assumed they had no rooms!
