    Stay away from the bar. Over priced and rude staff.
    Room was clean. Front desk staff was helpful.
    The staff at the lounge/bar. Specifically our server/waitress. She asked for my daughters ID which SHOWED that she WAS 21. She said nothing after reviewing it except okand/or thanks and walked away. She came back with our two drinks but NOT my daughters. She rudely dropped a glass of water in front of her and told her that she was not of age, that she was 20, born in 2003, and that she WASNT going to serve her. This happened ABRUPTLY. So quickly that we had NO chance of telling her she was wrong (born in 2002) and re showing her my daughters ID. We needed to place her ID on the table and wait for her to NOT ignore us, and to eventually come back to our table. Obviously my husband and I could not enjoy OUR drinks until this was resolved. Ive never been so insulted or embarrassed in my life. A couple near us even witnessed the entire event. I will not be back to this hotel.

    Beautiful property, beautiful room, loved the lounge The man working the desk on Wednesday (?) was wonderful - we had an unexpected surgery and overnight stay in town and he was so helpful with offering a late checkout and giving us more time to let him know if wed be staying another night. Went above and beyond and meant so much to us.
    Would be nice to have more gluten free options in the lounge/restaurant

    We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Phillips. Its a beautiful hotel with an excellent location.
    My only complaint is that there was a lack of parking. So we had to pay extra to valet.

    Centrally located very close to all points of interest. Comfortable size room and beds. Parking available at hotel as well which was very convenient
