Overall my stay was a 10!
The room was beautiful, clean and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. The pools were outstanding, clean and fun!
A couple of the table umbrellas at the outdoor pool were broken, not enough shade for the adults.

Would definitely stay there again.
The main reason we stayed there was because of the waterpark and pool, it was great that we had a room right by them. We all had a lot of fun and the kids loved swimming outside - especially since the pool was nice and warm. (One of my kids did not like how cold it was in the indoor pool).
Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful.
The water to the slide was not on for a long time when we were in the water park. An employee finally walked through and we asked about it, he turned it on. By that time, we were heading out to the outside pool because the water was cold in the indoor pool. Other than that, our stay was great!

It has 2 pools. One inside and one outside.
That there were no cameras inside the indoor pool area. Theres a water slide and a bunch of kids were walking up the slide instead of going down it.
