The Ramada by Wyndham Sioux Falls Airport - Waterpark Resort & Event Center had a large, nicely decorated room with some wear and tear. The water park area kept the reviewer's kids entertained, and t (Read More)he staff were friendly and helpful. The doors are locked at night for extra security. Another reviewer had an outstanding experience and praised Brenda's management for promptly addressing an issue with the arcade games. Its was okay hopefully next time the same house keeping lady dont work there

So much to do with my kids

I came back from a Christmas with family members and found my room door open and my pool passes stolen they said house keeping was in it but nothing was done nothing was cleaned

Good location. Comfortable beds.

Not having amenity of breakfast. Pool water temperature was chilly, my grandsons were shaking from the cool temps And purple hands.

Housekeeping didnt like to accommodate supplies to a room with 6 people staying in it for two days.

All in all pretty good.

It is a good place for kids to have fun. The staff was pleasant.

The restaurant was closed for renovations, which we were aware of ahead of time, so I brought microwavable foods for breakfast so the kids would be able to get the most use out of the waterpark as they could, however there were no microwaves in the room. The elevator was out of order also.

Not sure I'd recommend

Very child friendly and great coffee machine in lobby...also locked facility so safe

Needs a great deep cleaning all over, painting, new doors or at least scratches covered with stain, need front desk people with knowledge of area

Considering the circumstances, the stay was ok

When I arrived there, I accidentally booked for the wrong dates. No one could help me to fix the problem, even though it was just for one night. Very disappointed
