    Great alternative to Holiday inn.
    We were allocated another hotel due to the Holiday Inn being refurbed, however the replacement was excellent, we stayed at the Hotel Ibis, Bridgewater, we had 1 twin & 1 double connecting rooms which were amazing. Loved the "industrial" feel and look of the decor. Breakfast was slow and had to wait for food to be replenished, however it was very good.

    Let down by the system
    This hotel was taken over by the home office taking over. It was neant to be celebrating our engagement as this was where i said yes. So upsetting.
    Let down by being a member of yours. We were offered a basic hotel. Not good. Why o why am I getting this email from you after you had cancelled our christmas.

    lovely stay, perfect location and the staff were lovely
    perfect location and the staff were lovely
    the shower was a bit unkept - they are clearly new and spacious - which is lovely, but some parts looked like they hadnt been cleaned.

    Convenient, comfortable and very pleasant.
    My favourite breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Convenient time.
    Nothing I thought the place was great, perfect for what we were doing.

    A handy stay over to spend the night between visiting family . Comfortable and quiet .
    As a coeliac the gluten free breakfast area was great with no. Chance of cross contamination.
    The toilet seat in our bathroom was not fixed to the pan , also one bedside light didnt work.
