Hotel charges your credit card for services you have not received

Paid for hotel with booking .com.The hotel then put a pending charge on my credit card and never returned it.Contacted hotel and booking .com and still have noy been refunded.Terrible service

Exceptional

Very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple yet very good every day of our stay. I very much enjoyed the pool and super hot hot tub also. I would have liked to use fitness room, time was too short, maybe next time. Thank you!

Probably the usual, cheaper rates. The beds were a bit soft but I still slept well.

Comfortable. Good complimentary breakfast.

Short staffed. Didn't get room cleaned or trash taken out when asked. They were very nice when I asked them if they could at least service the bathroom
