Poor water pressure, old shower head, corners needed to be vacuumed and swept.

Very good

We love staying at the downtown Springhill location because of the quaint shops and restaurants.

Location is great.

Pool is tiny. And rooms are a little narrow. Hallway noise and road noise can be heard in the room.

Downtown hotel overcharging.

Clean, bed okay, decent breakfast.

Noisy, could hear adjoining rooms, children making noise till midnight, morning biker rally. Broken slider on window. Really bad internet... Slow. Parking charge for guests, very high. Rate on booking not equal to credit card charge!!! Bad.
