Disappointing

I would not stay here again

the location was good to reach our destination.

There were no gluten free and lactose free options available and at 9:30am there was barely any food left although the notice said that breakfast last until 10am on a Saturday. The room was too hot and we found crumbs on the seat and hairs in the bathroom. the staff were not helpful when I asked to go find something at the lost property section from the last time I stayed I left a pillow there.

Very good

Easy to reach from the motorway (this was key as it was snowing quite heavily), easy parking, modern hotel with warm feeling both in the hall and in the room. Good temperature inside, the breakfast was ok nothing fancy and overall good value for money also considering that it is in Switzerlan. Very close to a Le Marche' self-service.

Nothing special to report except that most of the international channels on television were not working and the reception did not know why.

For me it's a 10. It is an express hotels but i think its better than many others expensive hotels. Warm room, hot water, quite place, very good breakfast. What exactly one visitor like us wants for one day before we continue our trip!

Excellent location but security to ground floor rooms needs improving

Location: just off autoroute so perfect for us

We were in a room on the ground floor, right next to reception. There was no additional security and the door was propped open, so the noise travelled. A large group arrived quite late, creating a lot of noise, and worried my young daughter and I as females and we felt vulnerable.

Location and general comfort. Lovely breakfast options.

I don't like the rubber/plastic mattress topper as I was unbearably hot. I am neither a child nor incontinent. Had to sleep on top of the duvet. The hotel accommodates a lot of large travelling parties who I feel should be advised in advance that there are other guests staying. Doors were slamming late into the night and loud voices in the corridor. Perhaps a kind word to the tour guide. Some of us have a long journey.
