All was good.

The breakfast was just okay, not bad , not exceptional. Location for where our event was , made it easy to get too.

Dont know anything you could change to make it better for the price.

Location

Breakfast at 7 am is too late for us. Lost my brothers reservation so we stayed at different hotels. Dorks up the whole trip. Will do Hilton properly next time.

I will be back in April and hope to stay there again.

It is a great place to stay and easy to get around the place. Breakfast was good but the sausage gravy was GREAT , they need that every morning. I had a little trouble with the TV at first but the girl at the front desk, Jamie, came up and took care of it for me, that was a life saver.

Like I said the TV wasn't working right at first but Jamie took care of it . And I wish you had the sausage gravy more often for breakfast. If there was a room touch up while there would be great , like trash pick up and new towels during the stay would have been great.

The MANAGER!!!!The manager that was at the front desk was soooo rude, he even hung up in my face after they canceled my room! His performance was horrible and unacceptable!!! And also I had to pay an extra $100 for a smaller room that fridge didnt work! But the night time front desk clark he was an guy and the lady was amazing!!! They had great customer service!!! But the manager OMG Im speechless! Needs to do better and I will NEVER come back to that location again!

Breakfast was mixed, Tuesday had great variety, Wednesday and Thursday had less selection. Hot water dispenser very short on amount of water though staff were quick to refill when asked

Funky odor in some parts of hotel, especially on Tuesday. Pool not available though we would not have used it. Alarm going off during thunderstorms on two of the three nights we were there

Room was okay. Mattress was comfy.

I was told there were ice machines on each floor. True, but he didn't mention that the one on the 3rd floor (where I stayed) didn't work , nor did the one on the 2nd floor. The only ice machine that worked was on the 1st floor. The 4th floor was closed.
