For me this was so relaxing, a break from routine,

We forgot to ask the time of breakfast and were too late BUT Brunch menu was then available at the bar. Location was perfect for our visit with family.

We could not fault anything.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was extremely clean and the food was excellent. My bed was so lovely and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great and we had a brilliant time.

Friendly helpful staff (10/10) , satisfactory room and facilities (7/10).

They ask you to rate your experience on a 1-10 scale, but say that if your overall rating is less than 8 then the staff will receive a zero rating. This is blackmail. If the staff are good but the facilities are poor then the staff get punished for the management's failures. Not acceptable.

Perfect base for visiting family over Christmas

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful,breakfast was good!

The tv only had bbc channels no itv, the attention to detail on cleanliness needs improving, dust on all the lamps, the cardboard signs by the beds, stain on the throw on the king size bed, rip on the base of king size bed! Lots of cobwebs on suitcase trolley thing in the main entrance!

Lovely staff, great facilities

Staff were lovely - they were very supportive and accommodating when I needed help with room facilities due to my disable brother staying. They misunderstood our needs so when we checked in, room was not quite right. But they were able to quickly rectify it all. Much appreciated.
