    Perfect, above expectations.
    Sitting with friends in the lobby in the afternoon, we mentioned that it was one of our birthdays. A few moments later, the morning clerk came over with little candies and wished her happy birthday. That was exceptional!! The afternoon clerk was so kind to offer a rollaway bed as it was more comfortable than the couch bed. And she had to bring it up w/ bedding. She could have been silent and saved herself some work. Because she didn't, my sister got 2 great nights sleep. Again, exceptional!!
