Disappointing

I like the food and the staff. The facility needs some work so you can cook and gill outside.

The staff was really nice and the food was great. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. The room was big and spacious. Beds were comfortable.

The bar-b-que grill and BBQ pit was dirty with rust. They need to be cleaned. I wanted to cook out but it was terrible out on the pool patio. Also the stove didn't work in the room; the knobs were falling off. The knobs wouldn't turn on the stove top.

You guys need to clean those rooms correctly.

I hated everything about it.

For one, I walk in the two workers were fine, she gave me my room, I went to check to see if everything was clean & it was NOT. It was so nasty, you walk in and see visible dirt. I went into the restroom, there was a dirty foot print in there & you can see dirt around the shower. Then I checked the bed. Pulled the covers back to discover something that looked like dried blood , all over the topper. It was horrible, I made a video of it, told Javaiar about it and he said hell change my room. So he did. I checked that room its still dirty, he said he cleaned it himself but it was still disgusting. It seemed like he did not care. He was so unprofessional. I hated the fact that he even have that position. Then when I was checking in the room, the workers said they need a card on file for incidentals, they did not tell me they were charging my card $50, then when I asked about it, the sign they had was over the counter and turned towards them so they can only see it. When they pulled it out I got so angry because it should have been communicated. Then my $240 I paid for the entire weekend was non refundable when I was only there for 20 minutes. The entire experience was a -1 out of 10. I hated it.

The staff acted like they did not want to be there. We only had two towels in our room. No extra trash bags. The stay was not worth the price

Toilet wouldnt flush. Carpet was filthy with stains on sofa. New lady at front desk needed help checking us in. Hallways were dirty. Hotel catering to oilfield.

Very good

Not bad but not great. Need better maid staff and funds to keep rooms nice

staff were nice. great ac! great water pressure and water temperature.

the sheets were dirty. there was a bottle of juice left in the fridge from the previous guest. the bathtub looked dirty (but it wasnt it was just scratched) and I couldnt enjoy a bath. random stains were on the carpet as well as the small sofa. strange but not off putting.

Did not eat breakfast

The day clerk was sitting in her car when I arrived had to wait about 10mins before coming in to check me in The toilet was clogged was given a plunger to fix it myself, phone did not work, went to the desk to get a new one, the shower did not drain when taking a shower next morning, vanity light didnt work
