Exceptional

Would highly recommend this place. I honestly had the best stay!

The staff was my highlight honestly! Most amazing people, ready to help and give suggestions on local places to visit. They also offered extra blankets because it was cold. Both room service and reception staff are exceptional! They also had a free coffee and tea station which is a nice bonus!

Superb

WE had a pleasant time at your premise

We liked the hotel and the room. It would be good to have breakfast every day not just Wednesday to Sunday, but it was good to be able to have coffee at the hotel.

Convenient location although off city centre and lacks main facilities such as breakfast restaurant.

Situated in a safe area

Safe did not work, staff said it was defective. Did not offer to replace but to keep my valuables at reception. Room 200 is very small and not very comfortable for the price paid. No restaurant, hence no dinner and no breakfast. Wooden floors so sound was at night was horrible
