Beautiful location - Quality Property

Lovely location. Spacious property.

The drive as stated once booked is very steep and would maybe be a bit of a shock to a not so confident driver.

Would not recommend.

Very nice barn, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen, parking available

It was very cold inside. We politely asked for the heating to be turned on, but were flat-out told multiple times that it was already warm enough (it was around 17C inside). There were other things in the owners behaviour and communication that were clearly not OK, but not worth my time to get into it. Im not used to this kind of entitled behaviour and was genuinely shocked by the rudeness. My advice is to stay away. Seems to me they like the money but not the guests.

Great south west stay over.

Super nice barn conversion. Great space with outside area.

It was a very hot night - a fan/ cooler would be great in the bedroom.( patio doors not windows) Also soap in bathroom - tea towel & oven mitts pls.

Lovely property in a good location close to Kingsbridge, beaches at Hope Cove and lots of places of interest.

The very steep and winding driveway to the property. It was difficult to negotiate, especially from the narrow road below.

A lovely couple of days away at this beautiful place, thanks so much!

Private, spacious and clean with own secure garden. Well kept grounds, lovely to hear church bells and a visit from lovely resident dog from next door. Not far from Salcombe too.

Would have loved the heating on when we got there at 5.00 from a wet cold blustry day. We should have taken some matches and other supplies so we could have used the wood burner on that night.

Very nice stay will definitely return.

Excellent spacious property with private entrance and small but safe enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. Beds were comfortable and large modern bathroom and shower with instant hot water with good pressure. Facilities overall were excellent.

Wished for an indoor doormat to enable us to come and go without making a mess. Possibly an entrance coat stand. Cooker was complex to use but owners offered immediate assistance. Steep drive but built on a hill so acceptable.

Lovely stay. Would love to stay there again.

The Barn conversion is exemplary. The open plan kitchen / diner / living room was our Home From Home. As everyone say, the beds were so comfy. Great stay.

The only thing I'd highlight is the very steep slope up to the property. We went over to the right of the drive and got wheel-spin. Maybe put the better way to approach it in the instructions?
