    Deeply disappointing, left us with a feeling of being duped.
    The breakfast was ok, the food was cooked and hot.
    Rabbit warren hotel, not as advertised. The spa area was cold, the pool was filthy and the staff were indifferent to guests needs.

    Went down for dinner at Harrys and was automatically applied a tip for the waitress without even asking. Waiting staff
    Absolutely beautiful house in and out!!

    A travelodge like hotel with tiny spa built on the estate of the old house
    The house itself and the estate/countryside surrounding are lovely. The reception area is welcoming and nice.
    You don't actually stay near the house it's more of a travelodge like building to the side of it, you can't even see the house from the windows. The standard double rooms are tiny and lack basic amenities like a fridge, towel radiator etc. The spa being included is one of the main reasons we booked but it was so small and busy it wasn't useable, can fit about 4 people in each of the sauna/steam yet there was probably around 50 people in the pool area resulting in people queuing to use them and a lack of beds and seating means you can't really relax at all, this may of been because it was NYE but for a hotel with so many rooms it needs bigger facilities or allow people to book slots to avoid overcrowding.

    Very good stay for the price I think!
    The food in the restaurant was outstanding. We also loved the spa as it provided a luxurious experience. I found it clean and comfy.
    I chose a deluxe King but I think that size could have been a classic standard room. It didn't feel particularly deluxe.
