    Very poor
    Room so disappointing, but at Christmas, no local alternative. Will never stay there again.

    Five nights in room 122 , musty damp smell. our clothes retained the smell, noticed by family on meeting, The bedroom floor and the corridor floors creaked and were bouncy and were somewhat unstable (probably damp). Beds were uncomfortably high. Shower controls were unlabled and very stiff to turn. (my wife was unable to use)

    Staff were all very helpful and polite. Hotel was tastefully decorated for Christmas.
    Several lights not working in room. Smoke alarms flashing manically all night. Couldn't sleep. Bar Food options very limited. Couldn't even get a sandwich or baguette.

    Just a little complaint regarding the cleaning system in the room. While I was looking for a hairdryer I found a pizza box and a paper bag from dinner. On the receipt was 24th of December 2023. Also I have requested a double bed or large bed and we have two twin bed sticks together and it was hard to sleep on.

    A very nice bed
    Had no water in room although I paid extra 20 pound for room and was supposed to have 2 bottle provided and only three miles snd 2 teabags . But room was very clean and bed and bathroom were very nice
