    The staff on reception were friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and efficient. We booked two rooms and they placed us next to each other without us even requesting it - which was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great - close to the centre. We recieved vouchers for a free coffee and discount on food/beverages.

    Fantastic location and excellent value!
    Location was brilliant, less than 5 minutes walk to centre MK and only a 10 minute drive from the huge retail park in Bletchley. When I booked the room, I mentioned that it was my husband's birthday during our stay, the hotel upgraded us to an executive room and there were 2 small bottles of wine, as well as crisps, soft drinks and chocolates provided in our room. The room itself was a good size, and we had a lovely stay.
    When we arrived, we found a half empty bottle of water that had been left behind by the previous guests/cleaning staff in our room. Breakfast was a bit lacking in terms of selection and quality- the bacon was extremely salty, the fried eggs were greyish.

    Perfect Location, great staff and lovely view.
    Yellow stains in quilt. Poor lighting. Sink base seemed to be smashed/cracked. For a double room not a lot of storage space. (Just little things we picked up on the short stay) the yellow stain in quilt is the only thing that spoilt the stay. understandable the covers are changed on ever stay but it was a big put off.
