    We got stuck in Milton Keynes due to the storm and had to book easy hotel late and very last minute. We did not know what to expect and were greeted by yianni who upgraded us to a room with a window and made us feel very welcome. The next morning we met another member of staff Austin who also was most friendly. The room and bathroom were spotless and we had a lovely sleep. We shall be seeking out easy hotels in the future.

    Good value, clean and comfortable bed. Perfect for work!
    The room was clean, compact and the shower and wash facilities were great. Greeting at the reception was good and the hotel is really central.
    I thought it was as expected so nothing here.

    Close to center but lacked all the basic amenities needed in a hotel.
    The proximity to the mall
    No basic amenities in the rooms. Not even a table and chair or wardrobe. Unfortunately even after paying extra for a window room, it was not possible to open the windows for air. Pillows were old and shabby, and it felt like an old inn!
