Great location, friendly staff rooms need updating

The location and staff are excellent, it is a tranquil location close to the centre of Beaune, not overly expensive, the breakfast is very good. The rooms however are looking very tired, with bad water stains on the carpeting in the bathroom, the bed was comfortable, but no tea or coffee making facilities which for a Superior Room was a little strange.
