Overall it wasnt as great as I thought it would be and they could do better the cleanliness,comfort

The breakfast was ok Also the breakfast where not happy and friendly.there was only one lady and the man that was there when I first checked inn that were friendly and smiling. The lady at the bar wAs really kind aswell she was tall, black and had glasses on

but they started putting everything away while guests are still eating and in my opinion you do do that.The room was dirty from when I came and the beds were very uncomfortable and I had asked for a double bed

Very good

Overall was very good and I would go back.

Room size was ok, balcony was nice addition to it. Very clean. Breakfast was very good on quality and variety. Attentive and helpful staff.

Both swimming pools are very small. They run out of Nutella for two days in a row, not ideal if you are serving churros or pancakes. Walls are a bit thin and my children and I could hear for two nights to our passionate neighbours

Great stay

Our room was spacious, clean, modern and cosy. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice every day. Check in and check out processes were smooth and location was great, just a few minutes away from the heart of Salou.

We run out of drinking water and wanted to take the one from the minibar until we saw its price, which we thought it was too expensive. Maybe water could be provided at a cheaper price. Nothing concerning.

Exceptional

This is the best hotel I've ever been to, The staff are brilliant, breakfast is exceptional, and the location is fantastic. Fair play to house keepers, we went to breakfast and when we came back the room was spotless clean, bed made, towels changed.
