    The hotel is close to the train station and looks nice.
    We had the first room close to the reception and there was a receptionist that watched TV or something the whole night with the volume very loud. Fortunately I am a have a deep sleep and it was no problem for me but my wife had a terrible sleep because of the volume.

    The location to the airport and train station was excellent
    They had no tea/coffee making machine in the room or the reception. When I asked if we could buy a pot of tea I was told no. Only if you bought their breakfast (which wasnt hot) and cost Euro 12

    Staff was very helpful. Nice breakfast. Bathroom was spacious. The hotel was exactly what I would expect from a 3 star hotel. Very close to a train station and airport.
    Room was a bit small, there was little space for moving around.

    OK...Not sure I'd be going back
    Breakfast was great. Staff at breakfast were very helpful. Location was close to the train station - which was important to us as it was a stop over on the way to Florence.
    Room was OK but very brown and a little dated. Reception was a tad odd. I don't mind a bit of banter but I didn't expect a discussion about whether the UK was now a province of India (cos of our PM) or the symbolism of our different coloured passports.

    Great staff, lovely breakfast
    The breakfast selection was good and the staff were very helpful.
    The bed was not very comfortable, the shower pressure wasn't great and not being able to lower the air conditioning below 18 made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep.
