    Hot water stopped working in the middle of shower and instead of double size bed we had to single beds together

    A little nest with a great location and friendly staff.
    I have stayed here off and on for more than a decade, which says something. The staff and location are fabulous. I prefer a small boutique hotel and this fits the bill.
    The only sort of negative is that if you are used to hanging out in a large room, these rooms aren't large. But if you like character and great value and are out for a lot of the day, they are perfect.

    A very pleasant stay
    Very kind and helpful staff. Cozy little hotel, very close to the Pisa tower with very good price/value. Basic but clean and spacious room (we had the one on the top floor). Lots of restaurants nearby.
    There was a terrace and breakfast? Shame I missed that option during booking, would've been nice.

    Location is great, right next to the tower. Staff are great and really helpful and nice. Great value for money.

    Very central located hotel, ideal for a one or two night stay.
    Location in the centre of town, easily reachable with public transport from the train station. Main entrance gives out on a car free street leading to the famous tower (150m from the hotel). Possible to take your breakfast on a terrace on the first floor with view on the tower. No restaurant in the building but plenty places to eat within 5 minutes walk. Clean room for 3 people and bathroom, both with enough space. Receptionist helpful, also in english.
    The person serving the coffee in the morning could have been a bit more friendly, looking a bit season tired. Self-service buffet type breakfast lacking of variety, especially vegan guests might be disappointed. If you have a room with windows overlooking the main street, you need to accept a certain noise level due to people eating and talking on the street until midnight and garbage collectors and delivery trucks from 7am onwards.

    Helpful , friendly staff. Booked our Taxi for airport. Very central. Clean beds . Very helpful with our request for a room last minute. Clean bathroom
    Noisy Air Conditioning.,Couldnt sleep with it on , had to use earplugs. Lighting in the room was awfully bright .

    Staff was exceptional, cool and relax, they came to show me where to park my car near the hotel, always helpful during our family stay, offered us drinks, was a very nice stay, Location was perfect, 200 meters walk to the Leaning Tower, could not ask for a better spot! top stay!
    Nothing! all good! it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel! will be back !
