It was alright, could have been much better.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and kind so I really appreciated that. The location was also very central and close to many tourist attractions which was definitely a positive.

There was a lot of noise of people talking loudly outside the room continuously during night when I tried to sleep. There was nothing in the minibar in the room although the booking suggested there would be. There were also no ironing facilities in the room, nor was the hair dryer working. The bed was uncomfortable and I wasnt able to sleep properly. During my last night at the hotel, someone tried entering my room late night (after 12 am), without knocking, they tried opening the door, I dont know who it was but as soon as I said who is this and what are you doing they left. I went to have breakfast on the top floor on the first day and the breakfast was very cold, and the coffee machine was not working either.
