    Hotel is super. Breakfast was opulent. Service was excellent.
    I liked it all: clean spacious room with a great view, enough modern elevators, elegant lobby, very friendly and competent service team - obrigado.

    +Good large room +Helpful staff (overall I'm very impressed with the service in Madeira) +Parking +Bus stop going to the city center just near the hotel. +hotel gave us a present (unexpected and tasty one :) ) Overall good hotel in case highly rated multistar beach front hotels either booked or too expensive during these dates.
    -No sea view (despite booked one). Formally the sea was visible from the room, but it was another building just in front blocking the view (room on the 3rd floor). -Breakfast was fully ok but definitely not the best one among other hotels we've stayed in Madeira. -(minor)No water provided in the room. -(minor)Too complicated floor logistics Ps: There are no major concerns, it was ok. however we were staying in this hotel after 2 better ones, so rating maybe subjectively dropped by "1".

    Nice hotel with good pools and sauna
    Comfy beds, good breakfast (buffet) with large amount of options, two beautiful pools (outdoor and indoor), sauna is included in the room's rate (but need to book in advance). Safe parking (for additional payment). Welcome Madera wine in your room.
    It's hard to complain because everything was great. But here are some moments: - we had partly-sea view room and there was a construction going (but not too loud) - the gym is very small, having some basic dumbbells would be nice

    Good quality of service and accommodation for money ( paid 100 euro for 1 night in standart room). Can't say that I want to come back, because the overall atmosphere was outdated, but during our stay, everything was fine.
    Paid hotel parking. It's a huge hotel, it seems like it can afford to have a free parking for guests.

    The location is great for trips to all sides of the island. Swimming pool is big and although this is a big hotel, not many people were at the pool.
    The room smelled like chlorine when I arrived. Also lots of noise from traffic when staying at a room with a seaside view.

    Not worth for money at all. Budget room in luxurious price. Expensive travel to IKEA.
    Swimming Pool is the only advantage of this hotel.
    Reception Staff, treat me from above. Hotel room is on the very budget hotel level. Shower is very, very poor. They gave me room with the window on construction side even knowing I`m travelling for working purposes. It was impossible to work from the room because of noise. Paying extra for parking is a joke. And the price of the parking is a joke itself. Hotel night price is absolutely too high. It is worth half it`s price. Megalomania. There are few much better four stars hotel for the lower price. Five star hotel cost just a little bit higher and comfort there is incomparably better. I will never come back there again.

    Great Modern Hotel in Lido area
    + Modern Grand looking Hotel + Large breakfast hall, good buffet breakfast with plenty of options + Indoor & Outdoor pool (+ plenty terrace space/sunbeds) + Large rooms, balcony with sea views. + Good location in Lido, lots of restaurants & coastline nearby (or 30min walk into Funchal). There is a Hotel shuttle bus you can book onto for free to Funchal (didn't use)
    - Parking you have to pay 8 Euro/day (although knew that before booking) - Indoor pool didn't seem much warmer than the outdoor pool (I'd assumed it would be warmer / heated)

    Amazing stay! My room level was upgraded to a room with amazing sea view. We were constantly offered compliments from the hotel such as pastry and fruits. Perfect pool, breakfast! We simply loved our stay very very much!
