Great location, nice hotel

The location in the centre of Amalfi was wonderful, convenient for shopping, eating, catching a bus or a ferry.

We asked the reception staff for information a couple of times and both times it was inaccurate/ out of date.

Great hotel and staff in convenient location and would stay there again.

Great front desk and breakfast staff. Clean property and room with great location in the heart of Amalfi. Front desk staff was very helpful with information about Amalfi and getting around by bus and ferry to other towns.

Lots of stairs inside the property but they do a small lift.

Good spot close to all the shops, restaurants and harbor in Amalfi.

Good location. Clean, nice room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff

A/C could not be controlled. It was not sufficient for the warm weather we had ( set at 32 C!). Asked staff about it and after second request they set it only as low as 26C, which was still not comfortable for us.

Excellent location, so close to everything and easy access with bags, a lift too!

The rooms are really old and dated. This seems to be the case with everywhere in Italy but if youre charge $400+ a night surely some fresh decor could be arranged.

Superb

Great place to stay in Amalfi

The free breakfast was amazing. I ended up booking this hotel for the next couple days. partially for that reason. Location was great - right in the middle of the main street in Amalfi. I arrived early and they got me into a room in less than an hour. In the meantime, they had a nice area to sit and read, etc. The staff helped me with everything - making sure I got to the right room, storing my luggage while I waiting.
