Very hot room without AC (Cooling)

Could bring my pet with me Friendly employees Parking

The AC unit was not working, and it was very hot in the room. They said that they turned off the AC unit for the winter (cooling function). In the end, we couldn't rest properly, so we paid to have a very bad night.

Nice hotel but not great location

They let us stay with our little dog and gave us an upgrade for free.

The location feels far from the city, there is nothing much around the hotel so you really have to rely on the car to go anywhere. Parking in San Sebastin was a nightmare. The hotel has parking but we had to pay extra for it. The balcony views are towards a highway.

Ticked every box.

Exceptional location, exactly what we wanted. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and the shower facilities were great.

Very good

nicely furnished, clean room. Good bed.

WLAN access is painful. Speed OK - but... No automatic re-connect. Every single time you come to the room, connect to start page, type in credentials and agree terms. VPN is blocked as confirmed by reception. A water cooker would be nice to prepare tea or coffee
