Good location, not exactly in the city center but easy to walk to in less than 15 mins. Very helpful staff

Good hotel in the river at a walking distance from all attractions.

Location is nice walking distance to the center (a bit of a walk though), parking downstairs (additional fee), fast checkin, polite efficient staff, larger corner room overlooking the river, good bed, hot shower, fairly quiet.

There was no complimentary water in the room (cheap but great welcoming move)), the corner window was occasionally making an odd banging sound, though all frames were closed and locked. Ok value for money in Spain (though San Sebastin is obviously a bit more on the pricey side).
