Good hotel in the river at a walking distance from all attractions.

Location is nice walking distance to the center (a bit of a walk though), parking downstairs (additional fee), fast checkin, polite efficient staff, larger corner room overlooking the river, good bed, hot shower, fairly quiet.

There was no complimentary water in the room (cheap but great welcoming move)), the corner window was occasionally making an odd banging sound, though all frames were closed and locked. Ok value for money in Spain (though San Sebastin is obviously a bit more on the pricey side).

Hotel staff is great, the rest depends on your expectations but could be better

First room they gave was smelling cigar a lot and on the top it had a big bug over my bed. Spoke with the staff and they were great providing me immediately with a new room, so great service. Breakfast was good, a lot of choice and only quality products. They have a parking (paid 20/night) but for those in EV like me it has free charge (two chargers, one is Tesla Only the other is for everybody).

Clean needs to be better. Today, Hotel's seem to be neglecting cleaning, and this is for me one of the most important aspects of an hotel. Shower was really bad, another thing Hotel is neglecting is maintenance, come on, a new shower will cost 1/3 of a night price and this needs to be maintained.
